Learning regulatory framework

December 31, 2016 came into force a number of normative legal acts of the Ministry of Forestry, made in the development of a new Forest Code of the Republic of Belarus. The adopted documents focused regulatory frameworks of forest management activities.

 In particular, the regulations of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved:

 - Terms of resin blanks (Decree of the Ministry of the Republic of Belarus forestry from December 6, 2016 № 62);

 - Instructions on the procedure for laying technology corridors in the procurement of stumps and roots and establishing forms of process maps (Decree of the Ministry of the Republic of Belarus forestry from December 16, 2016 № 65);

 - Instructions on the procedure for inspection of logging sites and forest areas provided for the procurement of oleoresin (Decree of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 № 66);

 - Terms of logging in Belarus (Decree of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 № 68);

 - Sanitary rules in forests of the Republic of Belarus (Decree of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 № 79);

 - Terms of drainage and taxation of cutting areas in the forests of the Republic of Belarus (Decree of the Ministry of the Republic of Belarus forestry from December 26, 2016 № 84) and other

 Technical requirements for forest management activities are set out in the relevant documents of a technical nature - TAP, GOST, TU, etc.

 All employees of forestry, forestry enterprises and encouraged to explore GPLHO adopted PPA.

 Questions that may arise in the study and application of the adopted regulations, the Ministry of Forestry requested to organize and to direct the Ministry of Forestry to 01/10/2017.
