To E-mails are given written answers (written notifications are sent) in cases where:- the applicant in his electronic appeal requests to send a written response or at the same time send a written response and reply to his email address;
- an e-mail address is indicated in the e-mail appeal, for which, due to technical reasons, it was not possible to deliver a response (notification).
Are left without consideration on the merits the appeals, which (by which):
- are not stated in Belarusian or Russian language;
- do not contain a surname, own name, middle place, address of the place of residence (place of stay) of the citizen; do not contain the full name of the legal entity and the address of its location, surname, own name, middle name of the head or a person authorized in accordance with the established procedure to - - sign appeals (for legal entities);
- contain a text that can not be read;
- contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
- subject to review in accordance with the legislation on constitutional proceedings, civil, civil procedural, economic procedural, criminal procedural legislation, the legislation governing the administrative process, the legislation on administrative procedures or in accordance with
Decree No. 498 of October 15, 2007 "On additional measures for dealing with citizens and legal entities”
